There is no fix for the nickname signature bug as of now. I means its temporary anyway so doesn't matter much.

So if they want to prevent chinese players from changing their nicknames, everyone must lose their ability to change their nicknames. No ability to edit signature and name again. There are only 3 options there, change profile picture, edit profile and copy id.
