If i do it in windowed mode i can change resolution but when it's on fullscreen the resolution won't change from 1920x1080. A drop down menu will appear. Also an big problem with the truby9 mod is that it causes problems with other mods that mod or add hud as well.

I think i will just keep fallout 4 in 16:9 aspect ratio and just play with borderless window. Remember to check that isize h and isize w match the current screen resolution.
